Simply wet, wring out the excess moisture, shake, then wrap the towel around your neck or down your back. It works in a similar manner to an evaporative air-conditioner, which relies on air passing through damp material to cool the immediate space around it. Comes packaged in a plastic storage pouch with instructions printed on the back.
You can easily place the cooling towel over your head or around your neck for a better cooling effect. It also dries quickly, softly and has zero allergy effect on your skin. It is made from a light microfibre material which is free from any harmful chemicals.
NOTE: please do not place a cooling towel directly onto a baby under 6 months old. Young babies are not able to regulate their own body temperature properly so they cannot adapt to a sudden decrease in temperature caused by a cooling towel, and they must rely on the parent being cool to keep their own body cool.

Absolutely outstanding product! I tried other baby wearing products and my son howled as soon as I tried them. With the ring sling my son barely knew I had put him in and was carrying him hands-free. He fell instantly to sleep (always a win!) and I was able to actually make myself something to eat. It is beautifully light enough for the humid northern Australian weather.
