The multiple ways in which this carrier can be adjusted make it suitable to all body types. It is easy to get a comfortable fit with the multiple adjustment points. I have not given it 5 stars as the adjustment points do regularly need tightening as it is taken on and off (not a big deal) and the loops to hold the excess straps (at each tightening point) do regularly come undone. I use this carrier on a daily basis and am very happy with it - highly recommend.

Alyce went above and beyond to help me out MULTIPLE times in find the right carriers suited for me! We ended up with the Neko switch which I must say was such a great fit and I wear it atleast once a day (not even joking) this carrier is plus size friendly and has been such a great support for me! I can’t wait to buy one for my toddler now too!
P.s we also hired this carrier first and Alyce made it so easy to purchase (because I loved it haha)

Hiring a carrier before committing to buy one is a very useful option. Alyce is super helpful and knowledgeable. She also understands well what it means to be a busy mum. To return the carrier I borrowed from her, I didn't even need to write her or mine address; she prepared even the envelope!!!
